So,this is the first post on college life,eh? Haha let's get on with it then.
Last week was Taylor's A-levels holiday and this week is the first week after the holiday (duh! lol why am i crapping?) So yesterday was the music concert organized by choir and the tickets only came out on the Monday after the holidays! I was really quite worried about the concert although I'm not part of the organizing committee, being the worrywort that I am. We had to sell so many tickets in less than a week! Plus I have moral projects, essays and a few tests going on... I was SO STRESSED,lol and had insomnia-it started before the holidays even ended.
Let's see,in the holidays, all i did was do 8 sets of past year semester papers for Maths, interview someone for my moral project, wrote my moral essay, attend the Euclid maths competition and attend Lead Camp 2011. Sounds NOT hectic, but it felt kinda hectic. Haha! The insomnia started the night before the Euclid maths competition, and I have no idea why. Okay maybe i do have a hint of idea why,but...i'm not sure.
After the holidays, I found out that I have to rewrite my moral essay because apparently it has ''too many points'' so hurrah, one more work to do. Something awesome did happen this week, though, and it made me really happy =D On Wednesday after my classes,I went to the CPU building with my friends to interview a lecturer. We ended up talking to the lecturer for 1 hour! It was quite informative and the lecturer was very open-minded. He was straightforward and told us his opinion on various Malaysian matters. My friends and I really enjoyed the session. Oh and the plus point was, the lecturer was handsome! =P
Fastforward to yesterday, when the concert was held! Yesterday was really a record-breaking day. I was in college from 7am until 9.45pm!! And I didn't get the chance to take a bath lol. After classes I had to attend a meeting, then go for the concert rehearsal until 7pm when people started arriving for the concert. At first I was kinda worried that no one (or maybe just a few) will come but it turned out to be alright. Oh and the performances? They were good. Wait no,GREAT is the right word I guess. Those people can really sing well! Zameera, one of the performers, sang Forget You and Perfect and let me tell you,she sings SO DAMN WELL. Everyone thought she's at least our age but guess what? She's only sixteen! It was unbelievable.
I didn't get to meet with my high school friends during breaktime for the whole week,so hopefully I'll get to have lunch with them next week =)

Patriotism!!!
So I guess it's time for us to show our more patriotic side again, since it's August, which = to the month of our INDEPENDENCE!!! And my way of showing that I love my country is blogging about patriotism here. ....Actually,partly why I'm typing this is because of our history textbooks. Yep,I believe you guys (from CHS,PJ) know what we're doing with the textbooks. Trying to gobble them up,that's what! Haha...trials are, like,LOOMING up ahead and for someone as short as me,it's REALLY HORRIFYING =P
okay, back to loving our country. I really DO love this country, though I have my fair share of grumbles. Yes,it's not perfect,it has flaws, but still,it's where I was born and where I'm living since young. Being a Chinese doesn't mean that we are less patriotic. Maybe we just don't show it enough =)
Malaysia is truly a remarkable country despite its 'jokes' and all that. I mean, Malaysians are very talented. We're not a big country, but our people are successful all over the world! Jimmy Choo,Zang Toi (is this correct?), that opera singer guy in New York that was on NanYang Siang Pao a few days ago, and famous specialists in various fields......so you see? I'm proud to be a Malaysian because the majority of us "BOLEH" in the GOOD WAY =)
This Independence Month, let's support what's right and be true to ourselves.

Okay, okay,I know my blog has been ''dead'' for quite some time...I just didn't feel like updating it. Urgh,I'm so frustrated that it seems like I'm writing lesser and lesser these days. If it wasn't for my younger sister and Shi Yi telling me to update this,I'd probably be still Facebook-ing and Tweeting. haha...I'm just SO lazy, you know?
Well yesterday I went to Midvalley with my usual ''hangout'' friends-Shi Yi,Yi Leng and Vivian-and watched The Karate Kid starring Jaden Smith, you know,Will Smith's son. The movie was funny-not to mention painful-but one thing i noticed, the whole cinema was full of Malays. I wonder if they prefer to watch KungFu movies compared to other types of movies. Hmm..
As you very well know,it's the World Cup season right now. I watched it for fun the first day and now I'm watching it every night. Not the 2am ones though =P And,of course I didn't miss Portugal and Ivory Coast last night! Girls out there, believe me,you won't regret watching Portugal because Cristiano Ronaldo is as handsome as always, wink ^.<
What else...? Erm I haven't started my Additional Maths project,if you're wondering. I'm absolutely clueless on how to do it! but I heard Facebook helps...=D
I guess that's enough for a while, and if you want to look at photos of my family trip to Pulau Tioman, check out my Facebook! I seldom upload photos here coz I dunno why,but it's very very slow. 'Kay then, ciao!

Early Birthday Celebration! =D
My 17th birthday is on the 7th of May. However,my 3 close friends(Vivian,Shi Yi and Yi Leng) celebrated it with me today at MidValley and The Gardens! We went for karaoke and ate some Delicious food before that...haha and they gave me TWO super pretty 3D puzzle teddy bears =D my mum and younger sister bought many things for me too
......I tried to post the photos here but there seems to be a problem uploading them...anyway,i posted it up on facebook =)
A HUGE thank you to all my friends involved and my family!!! Love you all!

Hi. I can't believe it's been so long since i overcame my laziness to update this blog. Haha...I've been busy with my civic project and chs idol auditions plus marching and stuff, and I really really want to write SOMETHING to submit to the editorial board to see if it gets picked, but i can't seem to find the time. As you all know, the midterm exams were brought forward. NOT COOL. It means we'll have to start studying, like, now! this instant! 'coz there's less than one month left and there're so so many things to study and revise. Actually,I'm just doing some mindless crapping right now while waiting for a video on YouTube to load.
Anyway, today was the semifinals for group C and D! I sang okay,i guess but they're picking only 5 out of 30 so it's a really slim chance. the probability is 1/6...lol. Okay, gotta continue listening to songs now, bye! =)

So the first term exams are over...and so is the Prefects' Camp '10. I was the asst head coordinator for the camp, and needless to say, very,VERY busy. But that's all the past now. About the camp I can either write a few thousand words or just one simple word. Haha,so I chose to write the thousand-word in my diary and the ONE-WORD here---AWESOME!!!
I faced quite some of my fears there, you know...it was kinda embarrassing(okay,it was VERY embarrassing) but still,I got through it,and am forever grateful to those who helped. You know who you are! haha good karma good karma =D
Exam results are coming back these days, and my mood is somewhat affected,lol...then there's the Chemistry project due next monday and moral projects due this week. Whatever,I should be completing my moral now instead of blogging,so...Ciao! Sorry,I know this is a lame blogpost... =p
